You Are Irrelevant- Basketmouth's Fans Blast Freeze

It was a social media battle on Sunday, December 27, between ace comedian Basketmouth and famous On Air Personality (OAP), Freeze of Cool FM.



The two engaged in a social media battle on Instagram when Freeze took to his Instagram page to diss Basketmouth’s performance at Olamide’s OLIC2 concert at went down at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The exchange of words began when freeze took to his Instagram page posting a picture of a basket with different denominations of money with the caption: “#PutAJokeInTheBasket please help an old colleague resurrect his ailing career by donating a #joke! His performance at #OLIC2 was just too weak! N50, 000 for the best joke! Let’s help him keep his dream alive.”

Basketmouth who could not hide his reaction to freeze’s post also took to his Instagram handle posting a picture of a fridge with the caption: “Twitter: 977, 800 – 46, 500 – 931, 300 IG: 558, 239 – 23, 000 – 535, 239 Facebook: 2, 820, 005 – 4, 616- 2, 815, 389 Total: 5, 213, 228 Million. BRIGHT!!! Why are you wasting your time? It’s not even cold enough.”

Without hesitation, the ace comedian Basketmouth’s fans immediately came to his rescue as they directed all sort of insults to the broadcaster which includes calling him irrelevant. Some of the response includes:
“You know you’re irrelevant when you diss someone on IG and you get just 18 comments….half of them by you.”

“Are you raising fund to get a new watch ask @basketmouth he will give you some guap.”
“The hell is going on. @daddyfreeze who the hell are you? @basketmouth career can be freaking buy your whole career in folds. Boy better go sit down and play with your mf radio station while basket sits at and get 2x your salary. Mtcheeweewww. #Resurrectfreeze.”
