We imagine Kendall
and Kylie Jenner's security team 'scrambled' as EGGS started raining
down during a public appearance in Australia
The professional pouters were making a public appearance at a shopping centre in Sydney when they had EGGS thrown at them – leading to the arrest of one woman
Thankfully, it seems as though the pelter’s aim was off and the sisters escaped unharmed – although we reckon they were probably left with some metaphorical egg on their faces…
The incident occurred as Ken and Kyls were unveiling their new fashion collection for Australian label Forever 21 at Sydney’s Westfield Parramatta mall.
The eggs are said to have hailed from a balcony above the stage where the girls were due to greet the hundreds of screaming fans that had gathered to catch a glimpse of the famous siblings.
A spokesperson for the New South Wales police told E! News: ‘Following an incident at a shopping center in Parramatta around 4:30pm yesterday afternoon, a 25 year old woman from Punchbowl was arrested and taken to the Parramatta police station.
‘She was charged with three counts of assaulting a police officer. The police officers were trying to arrest her and she resisted. The woman was also charged with behaving in an offensive manner.’
Fans at the event quickly took to social media to share news of the incident.
One Instagram user summed up the frenzied atmosphere in the shopping mall, posting: ‘The Jenners have arrived! Hey Kylie! Hey Kendall! Police everywhere, eggs being thrown and people losing their minds!!!’
On Twitter, another wrote: ‘People are legit throwing eggs at Kendall and Kylie IM CRYING.’
We just they’re tears of sadness and not laughter, because – as anyone who’s endured the last day of secondary school knows – getting egged is no laughing matter!
